Terms of Service — Block Cascade

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Block Cascade (the “Game”), developed and published by Zyndots Games Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Game you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you obtained it (the Apple App Store or Google Play), and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

The Game is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using the Game you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Licence to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to download and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the Game to you.

4. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable Coin packs and a one-time “Remove Banner Ads” upgrade. All purchases are processed and fulfilled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not process payments or receive your payment-card details.

Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may change over time.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly.
The “Remove Banner Ads” upgrade is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID or Google account. You can restore it on a new install using the platform’s “Restore Purchases” function.
Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By making a purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, this withdrawal right is lost to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty (see Section 11).

5. Coins — virtual in-game currency

“Coins” are a virtual currency used inside the Game to claim player-positive benefits (such as continuing a run, undoing a move, or restoring a daily streak). The following applies to Coins:

Coins have no monetary value and are not your property. They cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or any item of value outside the Game.
Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between players or accounts.
Purchased Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Coin balances are stored on your device. Consumable Coin purchases are delivered once at the time of purchase; we provide platform-backed cloud backup on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee recovery of an unspent balance after a reinstall.
We may modify, manage, or discontinue Coins, or change the benefits they unlock, at any time.

6. Advertising

The Game displays advertising provided by Google AdMob, including an optional banner and opt-in rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are never forced — you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game benefit. The one-time “Remove Banner Ads” upgrade permanently removes the banner. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Game, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
use cheats, automation software, bots, modified clients, or exploits, or otherwise tamper with the Game, its stored data, or its virtual currency;
use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Game or other players’ enjoyment of it;
resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it without our prior written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, design, artwork, audio, the name “Block Cascade”, and all related content, is owned by Zyndots Games Studio and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 3, these Terms grant you no rights in the Game or our intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that your data or progress will never be lost.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyndots Games Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual currency, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms — including the disclaimers in Section 9 and the liability limits in Section 10 — excludes, restricts, or affects any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you keep your statutory rights regarding digital content, including the right to a remedy if content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Where any term of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection right, that right prevails.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, or to specific features such as in-app purchases or Coins, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 — will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zyndots Games Studio is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Game or these Terms will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
